A challenging Hatha Yoga program incorporating 3 segments.
1) Warm-up and sun salutation: designed to build heat in the body and prepare for work
2) Various strength poses in a flow series
3) A cool down with deep stretches and final relaxation
Build strength, improve your balance and flexibility and learn proper breathing techniques. Insurance discounts may be available-check with your insurance provider!
