    INTRO TO DANCE & MOVEMENT (ages 2-3)
    This thirty minute class will introduce young children to music and dance
    while exploring movement and basic dance steps in a fun, creative way.
    We use imagination games, upbeat age-appropriate music and props like
    colorful scarves, hula hoops, and maracas to inspire and excite students
    about dance. Your toddler will also develop listening skills that will help
    them with classroom etiquette. This class is a positive and fun first dance

    GROUP TENNIS LESSONS
    With convenient times, Empire Tennis has programs for both
    Juniors and Adults. Headquartered out of the Harley School, Empire Tennis
    Academy strives to help you improve your game, gain confidence, stay fit,
    and foster long lasting friendships and bonds with other fellow players.
    Jason Speirs, Director of Empire Tennis Academy, will coordinate the
    program and his staff will be teaching it. Having refined his teaching
    and administrative skills in New York City’s popular Roosevelt Island
    Racquet Club, Jason earned his way to Director of Tennis and now
    returns home to Rochester after 12 years to continue the tradition
    created by Rochester Hall of Famer Dave Strebel. This tennis
    program is for Entry Level players to Low Intermediate.
    The goal of the program will be to teach basic strokes and later
    to put them into drills and games that will show tennis can be a
    lot of fun to play. Come join us and have fun while you learn the

    NEW!! ADULT INTRODUCTORY HULA HOOP (AGES 13+)
    A class that uses heavier weighted hula hoops that are larger than those
    you find in most stores, making it easier for you to hoop with. This class is
    led by an experienced hula hooper and will cover ways to improve
    waist hooping as well as ways to hoop that you haven't thought of before
